A supremely bubbly, wild fermented, totally dry sparkling cider made from seedling apples in the Northeast Kingdom. This blend is comprised of apples harvested using a traditional rope tree shaker.
Rested on primary lees for 9 months, the local honeys spur secondary fermentation and leave no residual sugar, lending aroma without added sweetness.
Notes of citrus and lemon pith. Very textural, with minerality and wet stone qualities throughout - even in the mouth feel. Classic juicy, tropical note on the finish - an ever present gift of our Northern terroir. A 2024 Good Food Award Winner!
