Named after our Head Orchardist Ben, who has been with Eden nearly since its founding, this sparkling cider is an ode to his hard work and dedication to the land. It takes a lot of patience to keep a holistic orchard functioning and healthy year-round - patience and deep knowledge of the land - which Ben has in spades. From planting the trees, picking the apples, to pressing and transporting the juice - Ben is doing it all. He gets help from all of us on the team during busy season - we don't just leave him out on his own, but in part, we go because he's delightful to be around and learn from - a true fountain of knowledge.
